Moist and Saucy Meatloaf


2 lb. grass fed ground beef
1 onion, minced
3/4 cup brown sugar
20 saltines, crushed
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup steak sauce
3 Tablespoons catsup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Combine ingredients and shape into 14×8 inch loaf on a greased 15×10 inch pan. Make Mustard Sauce.

Mustard Sauce:
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup prepared mustard

Spread on meatloaf. Make Tomato Sauce.

Tomato Sauce:
1 cup crushed tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Pour over loaf. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Drain before serving.
