McLaughlin Ground Beef Cheese Bake

Cut of Meat: Ground Beef
16 oz. Medium noodles
2 lbs. Ground beef
2/15oz.cans Tomato sauce
1 T. Sugar
2 t. Salt
½ t. Garlic salt
½ t. Pepper
2 c. Cream-style cottage cheese
2/8oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 c. Sour cream
2 bunches Green onions with tops sliced (14 onions, 1 cup)
1 medium Green pepper, chopped (3/4 c.)
½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook noodles in large amount boiling salted water, drain.
Cook beef till brown. Stir in tomato sauce,sugar,salt,garlic salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl:combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions and green pepper.
Spread half the noodles in two 13×9×2 baking dish (sprayed with Pam)
Moisten noodles with some of the meat sauce.
Cover with cheese mixture.
Top with remaining noodles and then top with the remaining meat sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake covered at 375° for 45 minutes.
